Rick and Linda Weber started the company in 1971. Linda is a Real Estate broker with extensive knowledge of the Central Florida area. Rick is very involved in the community and continues to help lead projects with his son, Brooks Weber. Rick and Linda enjoy spending time with their three grand-daughters and taking them to travel.

Brooks was born and raised in Clermont, FL. He studied at Florida State University and has a Business degree. Brooks has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, both commercial and residential. He prides himself on loyalty, quality and relationships. Brooks enjoys fishing, hunting and watching his girls play softball.

Danise has been with Weber Construction since 2012. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Multinational Business and Spanish. She has traveled many countries and loves old architecture. She and Brooks spend their ‘free time’ watching their girls play softball.

Jennifer joined Weber Construction in 2024. She has been a resident of Clermont for 15 years with her husband Tony and 3 boys. Jenn loves to cook and attend all of her boys various activities.

Christina has been with Weber Construction since 2018.. She graduated Cum Laude from The University of Florida. She has lived in Central Florida her whole life and is married to Kyle. They have two daughters, Chloe and Maddie that they travel with to compete in Top Gun.

Cinder has been a part of the team since 2016. She enjoys greeting everyone on the job sites and checking to make sure all food is cleaned up.
